Compensation: $68,640-$70,000 annually

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Maintenance Technicians for a leading distribution and manufacturing company in Belgrade, MN. • Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on automated woodworking machinery, including CNC equipment, saws, conveyors, finishing equipment, motors, electronics, and robots
• Diagnose and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Complete maintenance requests and assigned work orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with installation and implementation of new machinery, including line setup, wiring, plumbing, dust collection, and operator training
• Perform facility maintenance tasks such as maintaining buildings, roofs, overhead doors, loading docks, lighting, bathrooms, and offices
• Repair and maintain equipment such as forklifts, skid loaders, lawn mowers, and other heavy equipment
• Assist with welding and fabrication of custom parts and machinery as needed
• Support production areas when required and assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal and grounds keeping

What You Need to Bring to the Maintenance Technician Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of related maintenance or technical experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• General knowledge of electrical systems (AC, DC, and servo systems); PLC programming experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and CAD drawings
• Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to continuously learn and expand technical knowledge
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in an industrial environment with or without reasonable accommodations
• Welding experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to follow safety requirements and use appropriate PPE
