?? Production Associate - DIRECT HIRE | $22-$23/hr ??

1st & 2nd Shift Options | Clean, Climate-Controlled Facility

1st Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm (Mon-Fri)

2nd Shift: 2:30pm-1:00am (Mon-Thu)

Join a growing manufacturing team where you'll build high-quality radiators and copper coil assemblies in a clean, updated, temperature-controlled environment . This is a direct-hire role with long-term stability and a clear path into skilled trades like welding, CNC, and fabrication.

? What You'll Do

• Assemble radiators and copper coil units using blueprints, work orders, and measurement tools

• Cut, measure, and prep copper piping using hand tools and tape measures

• Use drills to fasten brackets and complete daily assembly tasks

• Meet production timelines and collaborate with your team to hit daily goals

• Report equipment or production issues to your lead/supervisor

• Participate in 5S, cleaning, and workplace organization

• Follow all safety, quality, and company policies

??? What You Bring

• 6+ months of mechanical assembly experience

• Ability to read blueprints

• Comfortable using hand tools and tape measures

• Ability to stand 8-10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs

• Basic computer skills

• High School Diploma/GED

• Required PPE: steel-toes, safety glasses, hearing protection

The pay range for this position is $45780.00 - $47860.00/yr.
