Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Fabrication Support Temporary to join their team. As a Fabrication Support, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Fabrication Support - Temporary

Location: Alexandria, MN

Pay Range: $19+/hour

Shifts: 2nd shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, 3rd shift: 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM -OR- B Shift: Monday - Wednesday: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM and Thursday: 6:30 PM - 12:30 AM.

What's the Job?

• Exhibit active leadership to model and support the company's vision, culture, and strategies.
• Ensure that safety is always the number one priority by promoting and supporting a safe work environment.
• Set up and run equipment safely and efficiently to maximize output while meeting customer quality requirements.
• Accurately and efficiently fulfill customer orders by reviewing manufacturing orders and packaging based on specifications.
• Perform general machine maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition and provide suggestions for process improvements.

What's Needed?

• Basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to recognize safety concerns and utilize proper inspection equipment.
• A highly motivated self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills and the ability to detect minor defects in products.
• Ability to read blueprints and inspect parts according to customer specifications.
