Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on spiral wound gaskets and industrial sealing components
• Read blueprints and follow work instructions accurately
• Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards
• Operate welding equipment and measuring tools safely
• Record inspection and quality results as required
• Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety procedures
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily goals

Qualifications

• Proven TIG welding experience
• Experience with MIG welding is a plus
