Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with hands-on experience in installing various types of fencing. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. The Fence Installer will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Duties

Install various types of fences including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental.
Measure and mark fence lines accurately to ensure proper placement.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for installation tasks.
Perform concrete forming and finishing as needed for fence posts.
Assemble fencing components according to specifications.
Conduct landscape maintenance around installed fences to ensure a clean finish.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment on construction sites.

Skills

Proficient in construction techniques with a focus on carpentry and frame carpentry.
Experience with welding for metal fence installations is a plus.
Strong ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively.
Capable of performing heavy lifting as required during installations.
Knowledge of concrete forming and finishing processes.
Familiarity with hardscape techniques related to fencing projects.
Basic masonry skills are advantageous for certain installation tasks.
Previous experience on construction sites is preferred, demonstrating an understanding of site safety practices.
