- Maintain job-site organization and professionalism
- Drive company vehicles to job locations as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and ensure crew compliance
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a crew
- Background in carpentry or skilled construction
- Comfortable working at heights
- Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Dependable, professional, and safety-focused
- Ability to work full-time, Monday-Thursday
- $22-$26 per hour ( Based on Experience ), paid weekly
- Four-day work week - Fridays off
- Full-time, steady work
