Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external carriers to schedule and track shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and assist in inventory control processes.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience in shipping and receiving operations within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and logistics processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and shipping software to track and document shipments.
- Ability to coordinate with carriers and internal teams to optimize shipping schedules and resolve issues.
WE VALUE
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain are a plus.
- Experience working in building automation or related industrial sectors.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple shipments effectively.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in shipping and receiving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
