Machinist - Job Details

• This 2ndshift role (Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM) is a key position supporting growing production needs.
• The Machinist will work with both manual and CNC equipment to produce precision components used in air compressor assemblies.
• Starting salary between $41,600-$62,400 per year, and full benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).

• Set up and operate manual and CNC machines including lathes, mills, grinders, 5axis machines, and drill presses.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Measure, inspect, and test completed components to ensure they meet specifications.
• Machine parts from raw stock material to precise tolerances for air compressor assemblies.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain safe working conditions.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure full traceability of parts.
• Work collaboratively with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience operating CNC and/or manual machine tools.
• Strong proficiency in blueprint reading.
• Familiarity with machining tolerances and quality control standards.
• High attention to detail and commitment to precision.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to work 2nd shift (Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM).
