Calling all welders and builders! We are looking for hardworking individuals to join our team as Dock Construction Workers . If you have experience working with your hands and enjoy outdoor construction, this is the perfect opportunity to build something lasting in our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble boat docks and related waterfront structures.
- Perform welding tasks (MIG/Stick) to secure metal frames and supports.
- Operate power tools , hand tools, and heavy equipment safely on-site.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions, often near or on the water.
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure projects are completed to safety and quality specifications.
- Previous Welding Experience: Must be proficient in welding techniques relevant to heavy construction.
- Dock Construction Experience: Prior experience specifically in building or repairing docks is highly preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials, swim (as a safety precaution), and work on uneven surfaces.
- Strong Work Ethic: A dependable "can-do" attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
