Position Overview:

We are looking for dedicated electricians to join our team and contribute to remarkable electrical system installations. Your role will be crucial in ensuring projects are completed safely and on time.

• Experience in measuring, bending, threading, and installing a wide range of electrical conduits (MC, EMT, rigid raceways, PVC).
• Expertise in setting up for wire installations, pulling wire, and operating wire tuggers efficiently.
• Capability to terminate panels, install fixtures, devices, and cable trays.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
• Effective communication of special equipment requirements to the foreman.
• Ability to read and interpret job drawings for successful installation of electrical systems.
• Experience in establishing material lists and communicating them with the foreman.
• Commitment to achieving weekly benchmark objectives set by the foreman.
• Knowledge of the job plans, schedule, and expectations based on foreman directives.
• Adherence to safety practices and maintaining a secure work environment for all team members.
• Utilization of assigned PPE in accordance with encountered hazards.
• Fostering a positive work environment that champions safety and open communication.
• Maintenance of personal tools, including hand tools, drills, drivers, and necessary attachments.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in installing electrical systems in the commercial electrical industry.
• Field experience coordinating multiple tasks and functions effectively.
• Familiarity with trade inspections and working with various jurisdictions and inspectors.
• Trade certifications are a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, bend, and stoop as required.
• Capability to lift items up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to climb, crawl, and squat as necessary.
• Pass a background check, including MVR and drug screening.
