Job Title: General Production Worker - 1st Shift Job Description
As a General Production Worker on the Variety Pack line, you will be responsible for operating the variety pack machine. Your duties will include unloading cases of cans, placing them into the packing machine for wrapping, palletizing and stacking finished materials, and inspecting cans for dents prior to packaging. This role requires the ability to lift up to 25lbs, adherence to GMPs, and the ability to read and write English and interpret detailed documentation.
Responsibilities

• Operate the variety pack machine.
• Unload cases of cans and place them into the packing machine.
• Palletize and stack finished materials.
• Inspect cans for dents before packaging.
• Lift up to 25lbs.
• Comply with GMP standards.
• Climb stairs as needed.
• Read and write English, interpret detailed documentation.

Essential Skills

• Experience in machine operation.
• General production experience.
• Ability to perform general labor.
• Minimum of 1+ year experience in general production.
• Capability to stand for 8 hours a day.
• Ability to lift 25lbs.
• Experience with packaging machines and forklifts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• GMP experience.
• Ability to set up and troubleshoot machines.

Work Environment
Work hours are from 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday. The workplace adheres to GMP standards, requiring the use of hair nets, beard nets, steel toes, and safety glasses. The environment may be hot in some areas and cold in others.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sheboygan, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
