1st Shift Stand-up Forklift Driver

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a 1st Shift Stand-up Forklift Driver to join their team. As a 1st Shift Stand-up Forklift Driver, you will be part of the operations department supporting warehouse and distribution activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Ontario, CA

Pay Range: $18.00

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Operate stand-up forklifts and Pacer vehicles to move materials efficiently within the warehouse
• Conduct safety checks and ensure proper handling of goods and equipment
• Assist with inventory management and accurate documentation of stock movements
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer needs and operational requests

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate stand-up forklifts and heavy equipment safely and effectively
• Physical ability to frequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse teams
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking skills in English
