Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in our comprehensive paid training to acquire essential skills for daily operations.
• Install insulation solutions, including attic remediations, crawlspace encapsulations, and energy efficiency barriers.
• Safely operate a company vehicle and maintain cleanliness of all materials and equipment.
• Engage with customers to set project expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the process.
• Apply problem-solving skills to deliver optimal pest solutions based on in-depth training.
• Complete all necessary service-related documentation using a handheld device for efficiency.

Qualifications:

• A valid driving record and ability to pass a drug screening.
• Must meet physical requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations.
• Ability to safely use a ladder and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Capability to access crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas.
