Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic with expertise in heavy industrial electrical maintenance to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting old wire manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance on old wire manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, 480 volt , and electrical equipment.
• Conduct LOTTO (lock out tag out) procedures.
• Work with VFD (variable frequency drives) and 3-phase motors.
• Utilize Allen Bradley and Siemens systems for troubleshooting and maintenance.

Essential Skills

• 5-10 years of applicable maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, maintenance, and wiring.
• Strong skills in preventive maintenance, industrial schematics, and installation.
• Expertise in PLC troubleshooting, control, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with Allen Bradley, 3-phase motors, PLC circuits, 480 volts, and ladder logic.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• PLC programming experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of electrical maintenance and equipment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $45.00/hr.
