Job Description
Ultimate Staffing is hiring two sales rep in Coachella Valley.
What you'll do

Consult clients on health benefits solutions and enrollments
Build pipeline through provided leads plus self generated outreach
Educate customers clearly and close with confidence
Maintain compliance and accurate documentation
Partner with internal team on quoting, submissions, and renewals

What we're looking for

Prior benefits, insurance, or B2C consultative sales experience preferred
Strong phone skills and follow up habits
Comfort with targets and activity metrics
California Life and Health license preferred
If not licensed, willing to obtain quickly with company support
