Compensation: $22.00-$30.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st shift | Monday-Thursday | 6:00am-4:30pm

About the Opportunity

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Welder workers for a manufacturing company in Hutchinson, Minnesota. In this role, you'll complete welding projects using detailed prints and work orders while supporting safe, efficient production. If you enjoy hands-on work, working with shop tools, and being part of a skilled manufacturing team with steady weekday hours and weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. What You'll Do as a Welder:

• Complete welding jobs according to detailed prints and work orders
• Use shop tools and equipment, including tape measures
• Operate overhead cranes and other lifting devices as needed
• Follow all safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Maintain quality standards while meeting production expectations

What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:

• Must have High school diploma or GED
• Must have at least 6 months Welding experience and/or formal welding education
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of shop tools and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret prints and work instructions
• Ability to maintain regular, on-time attendance
• Basic understanding of manufacturing regulations
• Reliable transportation to the Hutchinson, MN worksite
