Job Title: Forklift Operator Job Description

Seeking a skilled forklift operator with 1-2 years of experience in either traditional stand-up or sit-down forklifts within a warehouse setting. The role involves scanning inventory in and out using a scanner and computer system, and handling pallets through stacking, loading, unloading, and staging.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts for 1-2 years in a warehouse environment.

• Use scanners and computer systems for inventory management.

• Handle pallets by stacking, loading, unloading, and staging them.

• Utilize electric pallet jacks for material handling.

• Manage inventory and shipping tasks efficiently.

Essential Skills

• 1-2 years of experience operating a sit-down or traditional stand-up forklift.

• Proficiency in using scanners and computer systems for inventory.

• Experience in handling pallets and material management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Forklift certification is preferred (traditional stand-up or sit-down).

• Basic computer skills are required.

• Inventory experience is a plus.

• Shipping and receiving skills are advantageous.

Work Environment

The position is based at 48 Hook Rd with open roles on the first shift (Monday - Friday, 7am-3:30pm) and the second shift (Monday - Friday, 3pm-11pm). The work involves spending 75% of the day on the forklift, moving pallets and staging orders.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50/hr.

Job Description

We are hiring someone who has a great attitude and is able to be a team player. As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and repairing equipment to ensure the smooth operation of facilities and machinery. This role involves working with various tools and equipment, adhering to safety standards, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities.
Pay: $24 - $35/hr (differentials for the night shift) $1,000 sign on bonus and $1,500 attendance bonus
Shift: 2,2,3 Schedule. Day shift: 6:30am - 6:30pm OR Night shift: 6:30pm - 6:30am
Benefits: 401k with match, vision, health, dental
Location: West Bridgewater, MA

Only 15 Working days per month!

Responsibilities

• Perform general machine and equipment maintenance and repairs
• Conduct product changeovers as needed
• Carry out general building maintenance
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks
• Work on continuous improvement projects as required
• Notify lead of needed extended repairs and or spare parts
• Complete all pertinent maintenance paperwork
• Participate in Corrective Action teams
• Assist the production team as needed
• Conduct quality auditing and understand quality testing procedures
• Report any potential food safety, legality, quality or food defense concerns to the plant manager or quality personnel
• Follow all documented Good Manufacturing Practices
• Maintain product safety, legality, regulatory compliance and quality systems
• Perform other duties as required

Essential Skills

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• General maintenance skills
• Knowledge of PLCs
• Experience with setting up cameras
• Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Electrical experience
• Familiarity with heat sealing processes
• Ability to work in team dynamic and maintain a good attitude
• Good communication skills

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of West Bridgewater, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $53000.00/yr.
