Pay: Starting at $20/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Construction Laborers and General Laborers on behalf of one of our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, has a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. No experience is required-training will be provided for the role of Refractory Installer / Laborer.
These Construction Laborer positions involve industrial work including applying ceramic cement lining to pipes, operating equipment, and performing general labor tasks. The ideal General Laborer / Refractory Installer will be safety-conscious, reliable, and physically capable.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and apply spray ceramic cement lining to industrial pipes as a Refractory Installer
- Operate and maintain lining equipment for construction and industrial work
- Ensure quality application while following all safety standards
- Perform routine equipment and tool maintenance
- Work in industrial environments, including confined spaces, as a Construction Laborer
- Wear required PPE, including respirators
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Travel up to 3 hours as needed for job sites
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Clean background check required
- Clean-shaven for proper respirator seal
- Ability to work in confined and industrial environments
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment
- Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
- Experience with concrete pumping, nozzle operation, or heavy general labor preferred but not required
