Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. This role involves welding, flange line work, fabrication, and other production tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and flange line operations with precision.

• Engage in fabrication tasks to create high-quality products.

• Operate machinery and assist in general manufacturing processes.

• Participate in assembly tasks and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in welding and fabrication.

• General manufacturing knowledge.

• Experience in assembly and machine operating.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in machine operation is preferred.

• Assembly, construction, and power tool experience are advantageous.

Work Environment

The work environment includes openings on both 1st and 2nd shifts. The 1st shift operates from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break, while the 2nd shift runs from 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM or until finish, with a $1 shift differential. Employees are part of a facility that prioritizes safety and efficiency.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chickasha, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
