Machine Operators - 3 shifts

Seeking Machine Operators to support the production of top manufacturer located in Oxford, CT. 3 shifts - Pay rate - $18 – 21hr, plus differential for 2nd and 3rd shift. Temp-to-Hire opportunity!

Job Duties -

· Operate injection molding machines following procedures.

· Monitor machines for defects or malfunctions.

· Inspect parts for cracks, blemishes, sink, or color issues.

· Follow work instructions and quality plans.

· Record production data and scrap.

· Perform secondary tasks—trimming, assembly, pad printing, etc.

· Package parts and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Manufacturing experience preferred, molding experience a plus.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Good communication skills.

· Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and follow safety protocols.

Shifts –

1st – 7am – 3:30pm

2nd – 3pm – 11:30pm

3rd – 11pm-7:30am

Pay rates - $ 18 hr - $ 21hr – doe, plus differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts
