Job Title: General Labor | 1st and 2nd Shift | $20+HR

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated General Laborer for both the 1st and 2nd shift. The role involves manual sorting, heavy lifting, operating forklifts, and other essential tasks related to brick manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manually sort bricks and engage in heavy lifting.
• Spend one hour sorting bricks at the table.
• Operate forklifts for one hour.
• Palletize and unwrap pallets.
• Perform clean-up duties to maintain a tidy work environment.

Essential Skills

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in machine operation.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting of 50+ lbs.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working outdoors at times.
• General labor experience in a production setting.

Work Environment

You'll be part of a team of approximately 50 people across four shifts. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elyria, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
