CNC Operator - 4 Day Workweek

CNC Operator

PrideStaff is looking for a CNC Operator for a growing, innovative manufacturing client located in Arvada, CO. This Colorado manufacturer makes products that make a difference by protecting lives and property in the US as well as in the rest of the world. They offer a family oriented environment that supports development and recognizes achievements.

Job Duties:

• Effectively operate CNC mills and lathes
• Experience with data collection and SPC chart inspections
• Comfortable performing necessary offsets to maintain quality controls
• Problem solve product and processing issues
• Conduct first article inspections.

Job Requirements:

• Working knowledge of machine operations, materials and production standards
• Ability to read blueprints, understand measuring procedures
• Follow both written and verbal instructions
• Competent in basic math skills, shop arithmetic, documentation
• Basic computer skills
• Quality and detail oriented regarding both product and accurate completion of all documentation
• Ideally possess own measuring tools; Calipers, depth mics, OD mics, etc.
• 1 year machine shop experience on both CNC mills and lathes, preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
