Part Time Preventative Maintenance Technician

As a Part Time Preventative Maintenance Technician, you will perform scheduled preventative maintenance on various equipment including mixers, blenders, fillers, labelers, conveyors, and packaging equipment. You will inspect mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components, replace consumable parts, and assist in maintaining accurate PM records within the CMMS system.

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on mixers, blenders, fillers, labelers, conveyors, and packaging equipment.
• Inspect mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components for wear, alignment, lubrication, and proper function.
• Replace filters, belts, seals, bearings, and other consumable parts as needed.
• Assist in maintaining accurate PM records within the CMMS system.
• Coordinate with production teams to access equipment during planned downtime.
• Support line changeovers and equipment cleaning requirements when needed.
• Ensure all work complies with GMP, FDA, and internal quality standards.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in maintenance and repair.
• Proficiency in preventative maintenance, electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience with industrial equipment, welding, and reading schematics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with CNC maintenance is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chanhassen, MN.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
