Job Description
The Construction Engineering Aide II is an entry level position. This position is for individuals who will work in the Construction Engineering department as an aide, document management helper, survey helper or data entry technician.
Assist in the operation of a construction engineering department
Under general supervision of a construction engineer or survey party chief perform various assignments of a construction engineering support nature, both technical and clerical
Assist in several engineering disciplines, if required
Other duties as assigned
Basic Job Requirements
Currently Pursuing a Bachelors Degree in the Construction field, Civil Engineering, or global equivalent
Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

Preferred Qualifications
Previous Fluor Internship Preferred
Good oral and written communication skills
Typically has two (2) years of project experience
Ability to speak/read multiple languages
Basic computer and software skills to include the use of word processing and email as well as the basic use of spreadsheets
