Construction Laborer

We're looking for a reliable Construction Laborer to join our crew. This role involves supporting daily job-site operations, assisting skilled trades, and helping keep projects running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling

• Assisting carpenters, masons, and equipment operators

• Loading/unloading tools and supplies

• Basic demolition and prep work

• Following safety procedures and reporting hazards

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Previous construction experience is a plus but not required

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time, Monday-Friday

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience

This is a Permanent position based out of Carroll, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $79040.00/yr.
