Folder Line Operator - 1st Shift

Set up, operate, and adjust folder line equipment to meet job specifications

Install printing plates, change rolls, dies, and gears according to production needs

Monitor quality throughout the run, including checking measurements and print accuracy

Troubleshoot equipment issues and make adjustments during production

Perform routine and scheduled machine maintenance

Inspect, pack, and prepare finished products for the next department or shipping

Maintain expected production output while keeping a clean and safe workspace

QualificationsHigh school diploma preferred or equivalent experience

Minimum of two years of printing or machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience with machine setup, operation, and basic mechanical maintenance

Strong hand eye coordination and the ability to distinguish color accurately

Ability to use hand tools and read measurement tools such as a ruler

Basic math skills using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals

Ability to work independently and solve practical problems

Basic computer skills
