Location: Chatsworth, CA
Schedule: M-F 7 am - 3:30 PM
Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience)

This company specializes in high-precision machined parts and complex assemblies for the Aerospace and Aircraft industries-including critical engine and hydraulic landing gear components.

As a CNC Programmer, you will be the backbone of our production line. You won't just be sitting behind a screen; you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the part-from analyzing blueprints and developing efficient code to setting up and operating the machinery to ensure a perfect finish.
Responsibilities
•Create new CNC programs and modify existing ones to optimize production.
•Technical Analysis: Review drawings, blueprints, and design data to calculate dimensions, tool selection, machine speeds, and feed rates.
•Perform full machine setups and operate CNC equipment to produce high-quality parts.
•Design fixtures and select cutting tools based on work-holding devices, material types, and machine limitations.
•Conduct first-article inspection reviews, resolve errors, and maintain accurate in-process quality records.
Requirements
•Demonstrated background in both CNC programming and machine operation.
•Familiarity with high-strength alloys and exotic metals is a major plus.
•A commitment to continuously improving processes and eliminating waste in a high-paced environment.
