Adecco has partnered with a leading Manufacturer to hire Production Operators + Machine Operators in Portland, ME ! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a hands-on career in a fast-paced production environment. These positions are temp-to-hire with the support to provide long-term career growth!

Schedules + Shift Offerings:

1st Shift - Monday - Friday - 8-Hour Shifts - 7AM - 3:30PM
2nd Shift - Monday - Friday - 8-Hour Shifts - 3:30PM - 12AM
3rd Shift - Monday - Thursday - 10-Hour Shifts - 6:30PM - 5AM
Weekend Shift - Friday / Saturday / Sunday - 12-Hour Shifts - 6PM - 6AM

Job Duties:

Operating and maintaining production equipment
Performing quality checks and making adjustments as needed
Keeping your work area safe, clean, and organized
Working collaboratively with others while staying productive independently

Requirements:

Motivation and attention to detail
Basic technical and computer skills
Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, standing, bending)
Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
Comfort with basic math is a plus
