Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detailoriented Pipe Fitter / General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assist in assembling metal products-either partially or fully-at a bench or on the production floor. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to producing highquality work within established timelines.
Key Responsibilities

• Accurately read and interpret a tape measure to 1/8-inch precision .
• Follow verbal and written instructions to complete daily tasks.
• Use a variety of hand tools safely and effectively.
• Assist with assembly, material handling, and general labor duties.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with company standards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Essential Skills & Competencies

• Strong ability to read and interpret a tape measure to 1/8-inch.
• Proficiency in using common hand tools.
• Ability to follow instructions with consistency and accuracy.
• Basic math skills, including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Effective verbal communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Work Environment
This role operates in a manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, tools, and fast-paced production processes. The shift runs from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM , Monday through Friday.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Frederick, MD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
