Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your diagnostic skills to troubleshoot and repair a wide variety of vehicles.
• Gain experience working on both domestic and foreign makes and models.
• Conduct thorough and honest vehicle inspections and communicate findings effectively.
• Collaborate with fellow technicians to address guest concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Uphold high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization in the work environment.
• Work alongside the service department to ensure seamless operations.
• Contribute to team problem-solving that meets deadlines and achieves superior results.

Qualifications:

• A positive attitude, strong desire to serve guests, and a knack for customer service.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• Current Master-level ASE certifications and knowledge of evolving automotive technologies.
• Ability to diagnose and repair various vehicle makes and models.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding productivity goals.
• Eagerness to learn and develop additional skills.
• Professional demeanor coupled with clear communication abilities.
• Aiming for long-term growth within the automotive industry.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to occasionally lift and/or carry over 100 pounds.
• Comfortable working with tools in overhead positions.
• Capable of maneuvering in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Good hand dexterity for efficient tool utilization.
• Ability to walk and stand for the majority of the workday.
• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Adept at navigating computer systems for diagnostics.
