CNC Machinist – 2nd and 3rd Shift (Setup & Operator)

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes

• Machine steel, aluminum, and occasional plastics

• Perform your own quality inspections to maintain tight tolerances

• Produce precision components used in fuel systems and valve assemblies

• Work with a team focused on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement

What You Bring

Must-Have Skills

• Experience with CNC setup and operation

• Ability to run milling and turning equipment

• Confidence performing independent quality checks

• Good Job Tenure

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

• Saw operation or material handling

• Overhead crane operation

• Experience in machining support or fabrication

Work Schedule & Environment

• 3rd shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM/ 2nd shift 2:00pm-10:00pm

• On-site interviews held between 5:00–6:30 AM

• Modern CNC machining facility with clean, organized work areas

• Machining primarily steel and aluminum

• Facility relocating to Delray within 1 year — candidates must be willing to transition

This is a Contract position based out of Pompano Beach, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
