What You'll Do

Participate in the CMC safety programs and proactively uphold the CMC safety culture. Train on and safely operate mechanical equipment as required. Participate in various developmental trainings and business projects. Attend sales meetings, trainings, and activities as required. Complete and present a capstone project at the conclusion of program.

What You'll Need

Ability to work under the guidelines of CMC's core values and safety standards. Ability to work in the elements (hot, cold, wet, etc) as needed. Ability to work flexible hours as needed. Ability to work within all levels of the organization (shop floor to upper management). Strong customer service skills. Willingness to relocate at the end of the program if the next opportunity is at a different location.

Bachelor's degree required.
