This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time.

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Production Workers for our candy manufacturer client to start? at $23.63-$24.08/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:
Various production positions requiring you to be able to work any shift on a week-to-week basis.

• Filling and emptying containers of raw and processed product.

• Palletizing finished cases of product.

• Sweeping, mopping floors

• Machine Operating

Location: Chicago, IL 60629

Schedule/Shift Details: (MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT ON A WEEK-TO-WEEK BASIS)

• 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Mon-Fri - $24.62/hr.

• 3:30 pm to 12:00 am - Mon-Fri - $24.97/hr.

• 10:30 pm to 7:00 am Mon-Fri - $25.07/hr.

Qualifications:

• Mandatory that you are able to work any shift on a week-to-week basis.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (must provide proof)?

• Requires continuous walking/standing on hard surfaces

• Requires lifting of numerous materials including raw materials, packaging materials, pallets, WIP containers, and finished product.? Range of motion from approximately 5.5" above floor surface to above shoulder height (76").? Range of weight can exceed 70 pounds and require an assist.

• Push/pulling of pallet jacks moving skids of product in excess of 1,200 pounds.

• Frequency of lifting/pushing and pulling is dependent on specific job assignment.

• Department may require personal protective equipment including hearing protection as well as supplies/apparel required for Good Manufacturing Practices.

• GREAT ATTENDANCE IS ESSENTIAL

• Must pass a drug screen, physical, and background check

• IL Paid Leave for All Workers

• An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act.? The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment.? An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment.? Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave

• 401(k) with company match for eligible employees.

Eligibility:? Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age.? Entry dates into the 401(k) are:? 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.
The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution.? As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
