Job Description Summary

Application, including shoveling, sweeping, raking, mechanical assistance, lifting, pushing and pulling of various objects. Ability to perform strenuous work in varying weather conditions. Other duties as assigned per supervisor. (Crew will be working in Bristol TN area)

Requirements

• Must partner with crew members per plan specifications, and if need be, perform tasks of other positions as instructed by crew foreman to ensure daily schedules/estimates are met.
• Usage of various handheld tools.
• Attendance required according to attendance policy to ensure crew ability to operate at a normal efficiency level.
• Physical ability to shovel and to rake asphalt, stone, and dirt, as well as, manage traffic flow under extreme temperatures and for extended periods of time.
• Initiative to perform/assist with other positions for job completions.
• Attitude/cooperation: always maintain courteous and professional manner with co-workers, customers, and the general public.

Preferences

• Previous experience.

Education/Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
