Spherion of Owatonna is partnering with a leading manufacturing company right here in Owatonna, MN, to find a Manual Welder. You'll be working on manufacturing MIG welded assemblies in a dynamic production setting. This is your chance to join a workplace that values efficiency, precision, and growth!

Responsibilities:

• Performing MIG welding on parts and frames in accordance with engineering standards.
• Working effectively in both team and individual environments.
• Reading standard welding symbols from blueprints and interpreting blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or schematics to determine the appropriate welding process.
• Inspecting completed welds to maintain established quality standards and structural soundness.
• Performing a variety of duties such as welding, grinding, or repairing welded assemblies on raw steel.
• Preparing, maintaining, and submitting all necessary reports or documents accurately and on time.
• Operating hoists to safely maneuver parts into place.
• Effectively communicating any issues to supervisors or management.
• Adhering to all established company rules and regulations.
• Performing other duties as assigned to support production needs.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Skills:
