Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Utilizing your expertise to diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles for our valued customers.
• Continuously enhancing your skills with hands-on experience across a wide array of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conducting thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborating with team members to quickly troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns.
• Adhering to high safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards.
• Effectively communicating with the service department regarding customer concerns.
• Working together with fellow technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and achieve outstanding results.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and a strong desire to serve customers.
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to obtain them.
• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
• Aim to meet or exceed hourly production goals.
• Eager to learn new skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A commitment to long-term career growth.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Capable of working with tools on vehicles raised above head level.
• Ability to work in tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Willingness to walk or stand for the majority of the workday.
• Ability to drive vehicles with manual transmissions.
• Proficient in navigating computer systems.
