Pay: $25 - $45/hr based on your license and experience.

Your Responsibilities:

• Upgrade & Install: Execute service upgrades, relocate utility meters, and install solar-related electrical equipment while adhering to safety standards and compliance regulations.
• Lead the Charge: Provide your technical expertise and guidance to installation teams, ensuring superior workmanship and safety on every project.
• Team Player: Aid in preparing job sites and organizing materials to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
• Document Success: Thoroughly complete project documentation, including photographs and diagrams, and submit all information promptly.
• Communicate Effectively: Engage professionally with customers, inspectors, and colleagues to ensure seamless project execution.
• Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to company policies regarding vehicle maintenance and safety practices.

Qualifications We're Looking For:

• License Required: A valid State Electrical License.
• Code Knowledge: Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) for residential applications.
• Experience Preferred: Previous experience in residential solar is advantageous, though we welcome motivated licensed electricians eager to learn!
• Mechanical Skills: Comfortable using tools and performing physical tasks, including climbing and lifting items up to 50 lbs.
• Clean Record: A clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
