Automotive Painter

Automotive Painter - Pay Range - $27-$30/hr.

This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time.

Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Automotive Painter for our automotive manufacturing customer at $27-$30/r.

Responsibilities:

• Paint Application: Apply primer, paint, and clear coat using spray guns in a paint booth.
• Perform needed body work to include use of bondo for repairs
• Prepare vehicles for painting to include cleaning, sanding and priming
• Prepare to specification and finish paint vehicles
• Wet, sand and buff finished vehicle
• Ensure proper maintenance of booth
• Ensure proper usage and storage of painting products
• Prep work, Final paint application

Location: Bedford Park, IL

Schedule/Shift Details:

6:30 am to 3:00 pm Mon-Fri
Qualifications:

• Previous related experience or technical training
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, spec sheet and paint manufacturer requirements

• An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act.? The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment.? Eligibility:? Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age.? Entry dates into the 401(k) are:? 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.
The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution.? As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
