Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Press Operator who will be responsible for setting up and ensuring the correct operation of custom print machines. This role involves adjusting ink, manually loading paper, performing basic preventive maintenance, and conducting quality checks.

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday - Thursday (6AM - 430PM) + 30 minute lunch

Responsibilities

• Set up machines according to work orders.

• Adjust ink made by another operator to ensure proper consistency.

• Manually load paper into the machine.

• Conduct basic preventive maintenance on machines.

• Perform hourly quality checks to ensure output meets standards.

• Operate and monitor the machine for 10+ hours in a climate-controlled room.

Essential Skills

• Experience in print and machine operation.

• Ability to set up machines and perform quality checks.

• Familiarity with inserter machines and print operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience within printing manufacturing is preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
