Assembly/Production Associate

Flick Packaging in Galion is looking to add to its growing team! Flick is responsible for creating boxes of various sizes for private industry and military needs. Available Shifts: 1st Shift: 6:30am - 5pm (Monday - Thursday) Friday as needed 6:30am-11:30am. *Know by Monday if you need to work Friday. Pay Rate: $15.50 /hr. **Increase to $17.00 once hired fulltime Flick Packaging operates a total of five buildings including warehouse space and a "cut to order" cut shop. Job Description: Primary job duties include assembling wooden boxes used for military applications. The crates could be made from a variety of materials and include heavy-duty cargo containers or lightweight plywood dustcovers. Must be comfortable standing for 8 to 10 hours a day and lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly. Temp-to-hire window: Able for permanent placement after 720 hours worked Requirements:

• Experience with and knowledge of how to safely operate a nail gun and various hand tools required for the job
• Ability to measure to 1/32 increments
• Good attendance and great dependability
• Great hand-eye coordination
• The ability to lift up to 50lbs.
