Your Responsibilities

• Material Logistics: Optimize material flow by creating systematic Just-In-Time (JIT) routes and timelines. Manage material scanning processes to ensure inventory accuracy at the point of use.
• Operational Support: Interpret blueprints, schematics, and bills of materials to identify required parts and tools. Execute assembly tasks using hand/power tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Communication & Alignment: Act as the central point of contact for your department, collaborating across teams to clear hurdles and keep production on track.
• Lean Leadership: Actively support Lean initiatives and lead or participate in continuous improvement events to refine floor processes.
• Safety & Stewardship: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Identify equipment maintenance needs and adhere to all PPE and safety protocols.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (manufacturing environment strongly preferred). Physical Requirements This is a physically active role requiring constant movement. Mobility: Constant walking; frequent standing and reaching. Strength: Ability to lift up to 10 lbs constantly, 25 lbs frequently, and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
