Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to craft and supervision teams during construction efforts, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality requirements.
Interpret design documents to assist construction managers and contractors in problem-solving activities.
Facilitate effective communication between the company and design engineers to ensure timely flow of information.
Coordinate and implement project quality program, reporting progress to project management.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an engineering field.
3-15 years of relevant work experience.
Effective communication skills across various stakeholders.
Technical knowledge necessary for the job.
Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills.
Ability to learn and apply knowledge of relevant statutes and guidelines.

Locations: Austin, Dallas, Detroit, Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Antonio

Preferred:

Degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Extensive site construction experience.
Proficiency in a particular area such as civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, or instrumentation work.
Multilingual proficiency.
Advanced computer skills including word processing, email, spreadsheets, and electronic presentations.
