Job Title: Lead Carpenter
Job Description
The Lead Carpenter is responsible for overseeing and executing high-quality remodeling projects from start to finish. This role involves leading job sites, coordinating with customers, and collaborating with project managers to ensure successful project completion.
Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations on remodeling job sites.
• Perform advanced carpentry tasks including framing, trim, cabinetry, drywall, and finish work.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Coordinate workflow, materials, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules.
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for homeowners.
• Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe at all times.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential remodeling or carpentry experience in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and additions.
• Strong leadership and jobsite management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of tools, materials, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various site conditions.

Work Environment
The work environment consists of a Monday to Friday schedule, typically from 7:30/8:00 to 4:00/4:30 pm. Projects are located in the North Metro Suburbs, from Elk River to Isanti, primarily staying north of 694.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blaine, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
