Job Details

**Litigation Associate Attorney**

We are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join our civil litigation practice handling complex business, real estate, banking and creditor matters in a collaborative, trial-driven environment.

**Responsibilities**

Manage civil litigation matters from pleadings through discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation
Draft motions, briefs, discovery responses, and court filings with high attention to quality and deadlines
Conduct legal research and case analysis to support litigation strategy and client advisement
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings
Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on case strategy and case management

**Qualifications**

Juris Doctor with active and good standing Texas bar license
2 to 5 years of civil litigation experience in a law firm environment
Experience with commercial litigation, real estate disputes, banking or creditor matters preferred
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple matters independently while maintaining high work quality
Professional communication skills and client-facing confidence
