Production Worker

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the food production industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Hot Springs, AR

Pay Range: $19.34

Shift: Night Shift (9:30 PM - 6:00 AM)

What's the Job?

• Operate and maintain processing machines to meet production specifications
• Record all raw materials, machine functions, and finished goods in batch records
• Identify and troubleshoot machine issues to ensure continuous production
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment
• Support food safety policies by adhering to cGMP and safety handling practices

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
• Basic math skills for formulation and measurement tasks
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Must pass a forklift certification test and operate equipment safely
