Production Worker Assembler

Adecco is hiring immediately for Manufacturing Associates with our client in Waterbury, CT. Manufacturing Associates do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with rates starting at $17.50-$20.00/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will assemble products using technical instructions, ensure quality through inspection and testing, and follow work orders and blueprints. Additionally, you will track materials, assist other areas as needed, and maintain a safe, clean workspace.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• At least 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, or related hands-on experience (or equivalent transferable skills)

• Ability to read blueprints and technical instructions with strong attention to detail and hand dexterity

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods

• Comfortable using hand tools and measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, torque tools)

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Details: $17.50 to $20.00 per hour
