Job Description
We are seeking a skilled welder to build products tailored for the fertilizer industry, including blenders, mixers, bucket elevators, conveyors, and rotary drums. The role primarily involves stainless steel MIG welding to create custom fertilizer bins and requires proficiency in welding stainless steel sheets and performing other custom welds.
Responsibilities

• Perform stainless steel MIG welding to construct custom fertilizer bins.
• Read blueprints and MIG weld 1/16\" to 1/4\" gauge mild and stainless steel pipes, sheet metal, plates, and channels using .035-.045 diameter fluxcore hardwire welding equipment.
• Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
• Execute custom welding tasks outside of a production shop setting.
• Work within tank bays, which includes crawling around tanks for extended periods.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in MIG welding and steel welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Capability to lift 50+ pounds.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Welding certification or diploma.
• Experience with flux welding equipment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
