We're seeking a skilled Mill Turn Setup Machinist to perform efficient machine setups, first article inspections, and production optimization. If you're experienced, fast, and take pride in machine ownership and precision work, this is an excellent opportunity.

Must Have Experience:

• Tear down, set up, and offset mill turn machines with accuracy and speed
• Set up and adjust turning tools, live tools, bar feeders, and workholding
• Load programs, dry-run safely, and produce fully inspected first-article parts
• Tune feeds/speeds for optimal cycle time and part quality
• Maintain and clean assigned machines while leading by example
