Candidates must have:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Required
Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field – Required

Experience Required

Minimum 10 years of Labor & Delivery clinical experience
Minimum 5 years of leadership or management experience in healthcare

Licensure & Certifications

Candidates must have:

Active Colorado RN License (or ability to obtain)
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)

Preferred Certifications

Additional maternal or neonatal certifications
