Job Title: Wood CNC Operator

Pay: $18 - $22 an hour

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Wood CNC Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines used in wood manufacturing. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, understands machine setup, and ensures equipment is running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines for wood production
Perform routine machine checks and preventative maintenance
Load materials and verify proper machine settings before runs
Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report mechanical problems
Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of CNC operating experience (wood CNC preferred)
Ability to independently set up CNC machines
Understanding of machine maintenance and routine checks
Ability to read blueprints, drawings, or work orders
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
